When executing the planned project portfolio, GeoIdentity partners with our clients in the establishment of Project Management Office (PMO) that serves as the governing body that manages the planning, execution and delivery of the scoped and agreed upon project(s). Additionally, the PMO proactively assesses, evaluates and mitigates risks with the support of the leadership team. . Overall, the PMO strives to establish a healthy collaboration between various stakeholders by providing information and transparency to all parties involved. All these activities are tracked and followed as part of the GeoIdentity Project Management process.
The GeoIdentity PMO is responsible for management of all projects once identified and establishes a cadence for the project management framework. The PMO also drives the exchange of best practices and frameworks for execution, functional collaboration, and project management resource allocation
