GeoIdentity designed and developed bi-directional integrations of two proprietary internal systems, viz., the client’s Customer Information System (CIS) with their Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to enable concurrent work order management. The integration achieved full, near real-time synchronization of the CIS managed customer service orders with corresponding work orders in CMMS allowing the client to track the status of field operations in relation to a particular customer request and provide more proactive updates to the customer achieving greater operational efficiency as well as customer satisfaction.
