GeoIdentity successfully performed Technical Program Management, enterprise architecture design, system integration, and analytics SME services in support of the client’s Supply Chain digital transformation project. Major responsibilities included coordination and collaboration across multiple project teams and vendors for inventory management, demand-driven procurement, source-to-contract, requisition-to-pay, and analytics.
GeoIdentity led the development of current and future-state data flows and architecture, Key Design Decision documentation, prioritized feature implementation backlogs, proof of concepts for integrations and analytics, technology architecture, and roadmap/release schedules. Additionally, GeoIdentity led weekly project status reporting and program updates to client and partner leadership.
